As an Assistant Manager, you play a pivotal role in our community. Your enthusiasm and dedication will drive improvements in community operations while wearing multiple hats and understanding the intricate workings of an apartment community from the ground up. Your commitment is to provide exceptional service to our clients and residents, ensuring accuracy, effectiveness, and efficiency in your work.
Processing renter’s applications for approval.
Addressing resident needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
Maintaining meticulous bookkeeping and administrative duties to support community success.
Managing accounts receivable and ensuring accurate invoicing.
Overseeing individual resident lease files for accuracy and compliance.
Handling vendor documentation and reconciliation of property accounts.
Managing move-ins, move-outs, and leasing activities.
Proactive follow-up on delinquent accounts.
Requirements For Success
2 years of experience in an Assistant Manager or Bookkeeping role within multifamily housing.
Prior experience in affordable/income-restricted and high-end communities is advantageous.
Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles.
High school diploma or GED certificate.
Successful completion of company background checks, credit screening, and drug screening.
Possession of a valid driver’s license.
